Key Responsibilities
- Design high-CTR thumbnails for long-form and livestreams, consistent framing, the principal’s recognizable face, and four-word-or-fewer Devanagari overlays.
- Create festival creatives, posters, channel banners, end screens, lower-thirds, and templated graphics.
- Build reusable templates (Canva / Photoshop) so short-form and posts stay on-brand at speed.
- Produce social posts and event graphics; adapt designs for the English- and diaspora-audience as needed.
- Partner with Editors and Content on title text, packaging, and A/B thumbnail variants.
- Proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator (and Canva for templates); strong typography, including Devanagari.
- A portfolio showing thumbnail/creative work, ideally for video or social.
- Quick turnaround, brand consistency, and an eye for the devotional aesthetic.




- Motion or animated thumbnails/graphics; experience designing for YouTube CTR; understanding of A/B testing.
