Role Description
This is a full-time,



on-site Vocational Teacher role based in Tripura, India. The Vocational Teacher will deliver curriculum-aligned vocational training in assigned trade areas, facilitate practical sessions, and ensure learners gain job-ready skills. Responsibilities include planning and conducting classroom and lab activities, assessing learner performance, maintaining accurate training and attendance records, and supporting continuous improvement of teaching materials. The role involves mentoring students on career pathways, coordinating with school administration and SLCPL academic teams, and participating in workshops, reviews, and community outreach related to skill development. The Vocational Teacher will also adhere to institutional and state education guidelines while promoting an inclusive, engaging, and safe learning workplace.
