At CodeXcelerate, we’re building AI products, mobile apps, and startups. As we grow, we need someone who doesn’t just recruit talent—but understands people.

You’ll be the person who notices when a teammate feels left out, comes up with ideas to make work more fun, helps management understand the team better, and ensures new hires feel like they’ve joined a family instead of just another company.

What you’ll actually do

* Find and hire exceptional interns and full-time talent.

* Conduct screening calls and coordinate interviews.

* Make onboarding smooth and memorable.

* Be the bridge between management and the team.

* Create initiatives that make work from home feel less… remote.

* Help shape our company culture from the ground up.

* Ensure every new hire feels excited on Day 1—and every existing teammate enjoys staying.
