• Manage user access requests and permissions across multiple platforms including Active Directory, Mainframe, LDAP, UNIX, and Microsoft Exchange. • Handle provisioning and deprovisioning of user accounts, ensuring timely and accurate access based on user roles and responsibilities.• Utilize SailPoint or similar identity governance tools to automate access management processes and ensure complianc
