Qualification:
- Bachelor's Degree (B.E./B.Tech) in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
Experience:
- Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in MEP projects.
- Prior experience in Warehouse Projects and working with Project Management Consultancy (PMC) organizations is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all MEP activities for warehouse projects independently.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor project progress, quality, safety, and compliance with project specifications.
- Review drawings, BOQs, and technical submittals related to MEP works.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure timely completion of project milestones.
- Prepare and submit progress reports, identify project risks, and propose mitigation plans.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Support project handover and close-out activities.
Requirements:
- Robust knowledge of MEP systems, including HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and ELV systems.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead projects independently with minimal supervision.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
