Key ResponsibilitiesChannel Partner Management
- Identify, appoint, and develop new distributors, dealers, and channel partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners.
- Ensure partners meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct regular partner visits to strengthen business relationships.
Sales & Business Development
- Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
- Generate recent business opportunities through channel partners.
- Expand market coverage by identifying untapped territories.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
Partner Support
- Train channel partners on company products and sales strategies.
- Resolve partner queries and provide timely support.
- Coordinate promotional activities and product launches with partners.
- Ensure product availability and stock movement.
Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Track sales performance and partner productivity.
- Maintain CRM and sales records accurately.
- Forecast sales and provide market feedback to management.
Customer Relationship Management
- Support channel partners in resolving customer concerns.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through effective service.
- Coordinate with internal departments for timely order execution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or any related field.
- MBA in Marketing or Sales is an added advantage.
Experience
- 2–3 years of experience in Channel Sales, Dealer Sales, Distributor Management, or B2B Sales.
- Experience in FMCG, Consumer Durables, Healthcare, Medical Devices, Pharmaceuticals, Telecom, Building Materials, or similar industries is preferred.
Skills Required
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Experience in dealer/distributor management.
