About the Role

Trupp Global is looking for customer-focused and enthusiastic Customer Support Executives to join our growing support team. In this role, you will handle customer interactions across multiple channels, providing timely and accurate resolutions while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

The team will support customers across India, working 9-hour shifts(day), 6 days a week.

Role & responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls, emails, WhatsApp messages, and support tickets.
- Respond to product inquiries, order-related questions, warranty and service requests, complaints, and general customer queries.
- Resolve customer issues by following standard operating procedures and product manuals.
- Log and update customer interactions accurately in Zendesk and other support systems.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when required.




- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction, quality, and response times.
- Meet daily productivity and service level targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.

Preferred candidate profile
- Graduate or Undergraduate with excellent communication skills.
- Fluent in English and Hindi (spoken and written).
- Solid customer service orientation with good problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable handling both voice and non-voice customer interactions.
- Basic computer skills with the ability to work on web-based applications.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work from the Bengaluru office.

Preferred Qualifications
- 0-3 years of experience in domestic customer support, call center, or BPO operations.
- Experience using CRM or ticketing platforms such as Zendesk is an added advantage.
