Role & responsibilities
- Required 4+ years experience with software development, in Oracle/JAVA platform. Having both development & support experience with active involvement in end-to-end SDLC
- Job assignment include Development/ Support / Enhancement activities of existing application including Project/CR/Upgrade etc (end to end SDLC).
- Shift Timings: 6:30 AM 3:30 PM.
- Individual contributor and participate in all project phases. Should be able to handle work independently
- Good understanding about business requirements and Analyze, Design, plan and develop solutions.
- Understand System architecture and support tech upgrade activities.
- Collaborate with Business to understand business objectives, functional and non-functional requirements.
- Ability to communicate effectively via multiple channels (verbal, written, etc.) with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Day-to-day application support and maintenance.
- Should have Support & Development experience and comfortable to work in S&M; mode.
- Committed with ownership & Team Player. Lead the project and guide team members.
- Expected to be adaptable with working hours and capable of working in a process-oriented environment.
