About the Role

Leap Agri Logistics is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship provides hands-on exposure to end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR administration, and HR documentation. It is an excellent opportunity for individuals who want to build a career in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes and schedule interviews with shortlisted candidates.
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and candidates.
- Support onboarding activities, including document collection and employee induction.
- Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
- Prepare HR-related letters, reports, and documentation.
- Assist in attendance tracking and leave management.




- Coordinate employee engagement activities and HR events.
- Support HR compliance and documentation processes.
- Perform other HR and administrative tasks assigned by the reporting manager.

Eligibility
- MBA (HR), MSW (HR), or Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Freshers or candidates with up to 6 months of HR internship experience are encouraged to apply.

Required Skills
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Solid organizational and coordination skills.
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
