About the Role
Justo Global builds cloud, web, mobile, data, and AI solutions for global clients, mostly across North America. We're hiring a Lead Developer to own the technical delivery of these projects: a hands-on leader who spends most of the week writing and reviewing code, and the rest setting direction, mentoring the team, and keeping delivery on track.

In 2026, we expect our leads to work fluently alongside AI coding tools, using them to move faster while keeping firm ownership of architecture, code quality, and security. If you love building and leading, keep reading.

What You'll Do
- Own architecture, design, and delivery of scalable, secure,



highly available applications for global clients.
- Write and review production code daily across frontend, backend, and APIs. You set the quality bar through your own work.
- Lead a small team: mentoring, code reviews, sprint planning, estimation, and unblocking.
- Translate client and business requirements into clear technical plans and break them down for the team.
- Establish engineering best practices: coding standards, testing discipline, CI/CD hygiene, and secure-by-design defaults.
- Make and document architectural trade-offs across performance, cost, and maintainability.
- Use AI-assisted development tools effectively, and set sensible team guardrails for reviewing and securing AI-generated code.
- Work directly with US-based clients, product, and design; represent engineering in stakeholder conversations.
