Candidate Profile

● Fresh MBA graduates with a passion for sales, marketing, and business

development are encouraged to apply.

● 0–3 years of experience in Field Marketing, BTL Marketing, Community Marketing,

Sales, Business Development, Events, or Customer Acquisition.

● Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the confidence to engage

with RWAs, apartment associations, and parents.

● Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and/or Kannada.

● Comfortable with field travel across Bengaluru and meeting customers on a daily

basis.

● Self-driven, energetic, target-oriented, and willing to work in a rapid-paced startup

environment.

● Experience using CRM tools is an added advantage.

Preferred Experience





● Community marketing or apartment activation campaigns.

● EdTech, education, retail, real estate, FMCG, or consumer brands.

● Event planning and execution.

● Partnership development and lead generation.
