Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Bench Sales Recruiter role based in Bengaluru South. The Bench Sales Recruiter will be responsible for marketing and placing bench consultants by identifying suitable opportunities with clients and vendors, negotiating rates, and managing the full sales cycle.



Day-to-day activities include sourcing requirements from job portals and networks, building and maintaining relationships with vendors and clients, and submitting qualified profiles against open positions. The role involves tracking consultant status, following up on interview schedules and feedback, and ensuring timely onboarding processes. The Bench Sales Recruiter will collaborate closely with the recruitment and delivery teams to meet placement targets and support overall business growth.
