Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven B2B Sales Executive to manage and grow business relationships with travel agents, corporate clients, and channel partners for international holiday packages, flights, hotels, and visa services. The ideal candidate will have strong destination knowledge, an existing network in the travel trade, and the ability to close high-value B2B deals.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify, onboard, and manage B2B partners including travel agents, tour operators, and corporate clients for international travel packages.
• Handle bulk/group booking inquiries for international destinations (Europe, Southeast Asia, Middle East, USA, etc.) and provide customized quotations.
• Build and maintain solid relationships with sub-agents and travel partners to generate repeat business.
• Negotiate rates and contracts with international vendors, DMCs (Destination Management Companies), airlines, and hotels to ensure competitive pricing for B2B clients.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly B2B sales targets across international markets.




• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth execution of bookings, itineraries, and visa processing for group/corporate clients.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with travel agent networks and attend trade shows/exhibitions to generate new business leads.
• Provide training and product knowledge updates to partner agents on new international packages and destinations.
• Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and destination popularity to refine sales strategy.
• Resolve escalations and ensure high satisfaction levels among B2B partners.

Required Skills & Qualifications
• Graduate in any discipline (Tourism/Hospitality preferred).
• 1-5 years of experience in B2B travel sales, preferably in international packages.
• Strong destination knowledge of international travel markets (Europe, SE Asia, Middle East, etc.) and visa processes.
