We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical skilled to join our team in a Portfolio Analytics & Strategy Research role. The person will be responsible for portfolio reporting, strategy-level analysis, portfolio allocation studies, RMS dashboard conceptualization, and regular testing of trading strategies

This role requires strong coordination skills, hands-on technical ability, and the mindset to question, analyze, and improve existing processes

Key Responsibilities

Portfolio Reporting & Analysis
- Create and publish monthly portfolio reports
- Perform strategy-wise analysis of portfolio performance and slippages
- Highlight key observations, risks, and areas of improvement from the reports
- Coordinate with relevant teams to collect, validate, and reconcile required data

Portfolio Allocation & Research
- Use different quantitative models to arrive at optimal portfolio allocations
- Analyze risk-return characteristics of various strategies
- Support decision-making by presenting allocation insights in a clear and structured manner

Strategy Testing




- Backtest and/or Analyse 2 to 3 strategies every month
- Work on backtesting frameworks, data validation, result interpretation, and documentation
- Identify strengths, weaknesses, and possible improvements in strategies

Continuous Improvement Projects
- Take up studies and projects as part of continuous improvement initiatives
- Improve existing reporting, research, and monitoring processes
- Build tools or workflows that help improve efficiency and accuracy

RMS Dashboards
- Conceptualize and create Risk Management System dashboards
- Work with data sources to design useful views for monitoring risk, exposure, performance, and exceptions
- Ensure dashboards are practical, reliable, and easy to interpret

Must-Have Skills
- Strong coordination ability across teams and stakeholders
- Hands-on experience with Python
- Experience working with databases and querying data
- Strong critical thinking and prob
