We are seeking a detail-oriented FI KYC Maker to support customer onboarding and regulatory compliance by preparing and processing Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation. The role involves verifying customer information, reviewing identity and address proofs, and ensuring all records comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements. The candidate will coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve documentation gaps, maintain accurate customer records, and ensure timely completion of KYC activities. Robust analytical skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of AML/KYC guidelines are essential. The ideal candidate should be able to manage high volumes of cases while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
- Review, collect, and validate customer KYC documents in accordance with regulatory guidelines and organizational policies.
- Perform customer due diligence (CDD), verify identity documents, and ensure completeness and accuracy of onboarding records.
- Identify discrepancies, missing information,



or documentation gaps and coordinate with relevant teams for timely resolution.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update KYC information in internal systems while ensuring data integrity.
- Conduct periodic KYC reviews, remediation activities, and support enhanced due diligence (EDD) processes when required.
- Ensure compliance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML), sanctions screening, and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with compliance, operations, and relationship teams to facilitate smooth customer onboarding and account maintenance.
- Prepare audit-ready documentation, generate compliance reports, and support internal and external audit requests.
- Monitor workflow queues, prioritize cases based on service level agreements (SLAs), and ensure timely processing of KYC requests.
- Stay updated with changes in KYC regulations, compliance standards, and internal operating procedures to ensure ongoing adherence.
