Role Description
The Healthcare Specialist will provide patient-centered support, assist with basic medical procedures, and help coordinate care under the supervision of licensed healthcare professionals. This part-time, hybrid role is based in Gurugram, with a combination of in office responsibilities and some work-from-home tasks such as documentation, telephonic follow-ups, and coordination with care teams. Day-to-day activities include monitoring patient status, updating medical records, communicating with patients and families, and supporting training initiatives for staff and community members. The Healthcare Specialist will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure adherence to care protocols, promote health education, and contribute to quality and safety initiatives.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess foundational healthcare and medicine knowledge, with experience or education in clinical care or related fields.
- Candidates should possess EMT or equivalent emergency medical training skills,



including basic life support and emergency response capabilities.
- Candidates should possess strong communication skills for interacting with patients, families, and healthcare teams in a clear, compassionate, and professional manner.
- Candidates should possess training skills to support patient education, staff onboarding, and community health awareness activities.
- Candidates should ideally have prior experience in a clinical, hospital, or community healthcare setting.
- Candidates should possess the ability to work effectively in a hybrid model, manage time well, and adapt to changing clinical demands.
- A relevant diploma, certification, or degree in healthcare, nursing, paramedical sciences, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Knowledge of local languages and familiarity with healthcare regulations and safety protocols in India will be an advantage.
