*Role: Senior Manager – Demand Generation*

*Location: Chennai/Bengaluru/Mumbai/Pune*

Role Overview:
The Senior Manager – Demand Generation will function as a strategic independent contributor aligned to a specific Business Unit, owning vertical-focused demand creation, account intelligence, and sales enablement. The role requires deep collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and internal demand generation teams to drive qualified pipeline, opportunities, and revenue outcomes.

Responsibilities:
- Own vertical-focused demand generation strategy, including conceptualization and leadership of high-impact initiatives aligned to BU growth priorities.
- Partner closely with Sales leadership to design and execute demand programs that enable initiation and expansion of strategic conversations through Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) and opportunities.
- Drive account-based demand planning, working with internal demand generation and marketing teams to: Identify and prioritize target accounts, Define prospect lists and buying personas, Align offerings and solutions per account,



Establish transparent go-to-market (GTM) approaches
- Design and execute industry-relevant campaigns, leveraging market trends, emerging themes, and vertical insights to create compelling demand-generation initiatives.
- Lead account planning efforts, identifying whitespace, wallet expansion opportunities, and cross-service potential within named and strategic accounts.
- Build and maintain a centralized master account database, mapping stakeholders and decision-makers to relevant service lines to enable sustained and scalable pipeline generation.
- Leverage market intelligence and outreach platforms (e.g., Draup, ZoomInfo, D&B; Hoovers, LinkedIn) to enhance account insights, prospect targeting, and engagement strategies.
- Act as a strategic advisor to Sales, providing actionable intelligence, account insights, and campaign-driven engagement plans to improve win rates and deal velocity.
