Job Description - Manager, Design

We are seeking a highly experienced and creative Manager - Design with 7 to 10 years of experience to lead our design function in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. This role is crucial for scaling our visual consistency across all digital and offline channels, raising our creative bar in a competitive beauty and wellness market, and bringing structure and mentorship to our growing design team.
- Own Brand Visual Identity: Lead creative direction across all platforms ensuring consistent, on brand, and visually compelling design output across website, app, social media, and offline marketing.
- Lead and Mentor the Design Team: Manage and develop a team of graphic designers, setting quality standards, providing feedback, and ensuring timely delivery of high impact design work across campaigns and launches.
- Drive Design Innovation and Campaign Execution: Stay ahead of design trends, lead end to end execution of marketing campaigns and product launches, and collaborate with product and marketing teams to elevate the overall visual experience.




- Scaling Visual Consistency Across Channels: Address the complexity of maintaining a cohesive brand identity across rapid expansion in digital and offline touchpoints.
- Raising the Creative Bar Against Growing Competition: Ensure our design output remains distinctive and premium across every customer touchpoint in the beauty and wellness space.
- Bringing Structure to the Design Function: Implement mentorship, process, and creative direction to ensure team output and speed grow together without bottlenecks.
