Qualification
BBA / MBA (HR) preferred.
Graduate with HR experience can also be considered.
Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email.
Experience
1–3 years in HR operations or recruitment.
Fresh MBA HR with 6–12 months internship can also work if communication is valuable.
Manufacturing / factory environment experience is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
Support recruitment (calling candidates, scheduling interviews, maintaining database).
