- Project Planning & Execution: Prepare project schedules, execution plans, and monitor progress
- Site Management: Supervise all civil activities at site including RCC, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, finishing
- Team Leadership: Manage site engineers, supervisors, contractors and labor
- Quality & Safety: Ensure work meets quality standards, drawings, and safety norms
- Cost Control: Track BOQ, billing, material consumption and control project costs
- Client & Vendor Coordination: Liaise with clients, consultants, architects and vendors
- Reporting: Prepare daily/weekly progress reports, MIS, and present to senior management
- Compliance: Ensure all statutory approvals, permits and documentation are in place
- Skills:
- Solid knowledge of civil construction methods, contracts, and estimation
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera, MS Office
- Good understanding of BOQ, billing, contracts
- Excellent communication and leadership skills

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
