Locations:
Chandil, Jharkhand

Deliverables:
- Overseeing the development and implementation of the curriculum, ensuring the quality of teaching and learning, and monitoring the academic performance of students.
- Responsible for managing the people & students at the institute.
- Responsible for Infrastructure management (facilities, equipment, other academic resources)




- Provide guidance and support to students, ensure students’ welfare, and manage disciplinary issues when necessary.
- Responsible for managing the budget and finances of the institute.
- Responsible for ensuring the institute complies with all government regulations related to vocational education and training.

Minimum Qualification:
Diploma in Mechanical/ Electronics/ Electrical/ equivalent

Minimum Number of years of experience:
5 years

Technical Skill Sets required:
NCVT & SCVT Guidelines and processes, knowledge of Industrial training institute’s functioning, accounting & finance management.

Behavioral Skill Sets required:
Excellent communication skills, leadership, ability to engage across stakeholder groups, peers, and communities, People management,
