As part of Deutsche Börse Group’s digital transformation and cloud migration journey, the Big Data & Advanced Analytics (BDAA) team is seeking Head of Data & AI Platform Operations. This role focuses on building and establishing Data Platform Operations team to ensure our data platform operational excellence, covering day-to-day health monitoring, platform monitoring toolset enhancements,



maintain the Databricks workspaces and handle the end-user business requests.

Your Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and scale the
Data & AI Platform
Operations team.
- Oversee day-to-day platform stability, and reliability for our
Databricks
platform.
- Operate, monitor, and maintain Databricks workspaces to
manage operational framework
configurations: clusters, libraries, policies, access control and governance structures using Unity Catalog.
- Implement and manage monitoring, alerting, observability, and logging frameworks.
- Proactively identify issues, perform troubleshooting, and lead incident response and root, cause analyses to adhere to platform SLAs/SLOs.
- Lead/oversee development of
automation scripts (Python
, Terraform, CLI) to streamline repetitive tasks and operational workflows.
- Design and contribute to operational handbooks, knowledge base, and technical documentation.
