Key Accountabilities
- Build and grow the Consumer Value Solutions business across Telecom customers by developing, negotiating, and closing recent opportunities in Customer Value Management, Real time Marketing, Usage Retention, and Customer Analytics.
- Scan the market to identify relevant opportunities, target accounts, and emerging trends aligned to the product portfolio.
- Own product marketing initiatives including lead generation, sales funnel management, roadshows, conference participation, product evangelization, and sales enablement.
- Lead presales and sales support activities such as solution architecture, RFP responses, hardware sizing, pricing, and commercial negotiations.
- Act as a domain expert and trusted advisor for customers and prospects.
- Work closely with Product Management, Product Development, Delivery, and Sales teams to align customer needs with product capabilities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and regional sales teams across geographies.




- Achieve year on year topline growth while adhering to margin and business acquisition guidelines.
- Build strategic partnerships to deepen market penetration across regions such as North America and Europe.
- Track competitors across regions and develop effective selling strategies for relevant products and applications.
- Meet performance targets linked to order booking, revenue, and new lead generation.

Mandatory Skills
- Proven experience in the Telecom domain, specifically in Customer Value Management, Usage Retention, and Customer Analytics.
- Strong background in campaign management and loyalty management solutions for Telecom.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales, order booking, and revenue targets.
- 3 5 years of experience in a software products driven organization.
- Hands on experience in presales activities including solution design and commercial discussions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
