We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Business Development Manager to drive growth for our pay & use Robotic chair concept. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in mall leasing, retail partnerships, and preferably exposure to the spa/wellness industry. This role focuses on identifying high-footfall locations, closing partnerships, and expanding our presence across malls and retail spaces. Key Responsibilities: Identify and secure prime locations (shopping malls, retail chains, airports, multiplexes, etc.) for installation of Robotic chairs Develop and maintain relationships with mall management, leasing teams, and retail partners Lead end-to-end business development cycle: lead generation, pitch, negotiation, and closure Drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships and location expansion Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and competitor activity Collaborate with operations team to ensure smooth installation and execution Negotiate commercial terms, revenue sharing models, and
