Harris & Menuk Chemicals Pvt Ltd is seeking a seasoned Technical Sales professional to drive business expansion for finishing auxiliaries and textile silicones. The ideal candidate acts as a bridge between textile processing and commercial strategy. You will be responsible for managing Key Accounts, driving market penetration for our Auxiliaries Division - Finishing Range and providing high-level technical services to clients to ensure product optimization and value delivery.

- Snr Manager / Manager / Assistant Manager – Technical Sales (Textile Finishing Auxiliaries /Textile Finishing Silicones) - West region /South Region

Key Areas of Responsibility

1. Strategic Business Development & Revenue Growth
- Territory Management:
Spearhead sales operations in the assigned region to achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Market Penetration:
Identify and capitalize on recent business opportunities within the textile processing sector, specifically targeting untapped segments for chemical auxiliaries.
- Forecasting:




Lead accurate sales forecasting and budgeting processes to ensure inventory alignment and revenue predictability.

2. Key Account Management (KAM) & Retention
- Relationship Building:
Cultivate long-term, consultative relationships with senior stakeholders and technical heads of existing clients.
- Value Engineering:
Proactively identify client pain points and propose tailored chemical solutions that improve their process efficiency and product quality.
- Customer Success:
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention by acting as the primary point of escalation for commercial inquiries.

3. Technical Consultancy & Application Support
- Technical Advisory:
Provide expert-level technical support, including shop-floor troubleshooting, recipe optimization, and product application guidance.
