Treesgift is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Executive to handle customer enquiries, telecalling, lead follow-ups and sales coordination.
The candidate will be responsible for communicating with potential customers, understanding their furniture requirements, explaining the company’s products and services, scheduling meetings and converting enquiries into business opportunities.
Candidates with previous experience in the furniture, modular furniture, interior design or home décor industry will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Attend incoming customer enquiries professionally.
- Understand customer requirements related to furniture and interior solutions.
- Explain Treesgift’s products, designs, services and pricing.
- Follow up regularly with interested customers and sales leads.
- Schedule meetings, showroom visits and consultations.
- Maintain proper records of calls, enquiries and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the sales, design and production teams.
- Share quotations,
product information and updates with customers.
- Build strong relationships with customers.
- Achieve monthly lead generation and sales conversion targets.
- Maintain customer data in Excel, CRM or company records.
- Provide regular updates and reports to the management.
Required Skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, sales or business development.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to explain products confidently.
- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp and email communication.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated personality.
- Ability to manage multiple customer enquiries.
- Good command of Hindi; basic English communication is preferred.
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
