Role Overview

Mandatory Skills
- Experience in Performance Testing and DevOps.
- Robust hands-on experience with JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling, or NeoLoad.
- Expertise in performance test planning, workload modeling, scripting, execution, analysis, and tuning.
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.
- Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Strong scripting skills in Python, Shell, PowerShell, or Groovy.
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, or Splunk.
- Good understanding of Linux, networking, HTTP/HTTPS, REST APIs, and system performance.
- Experience integrating performance tests into CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or Ansible.
- Experience with Git version control and Agile/Scrum methodologies.





Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute performance, load, stress, and endurance tests.
- Analyze bottlenecks across applications, databases, APIs, and infrastructure.
- Automate performance testing within CI/CD pipelines.
- Build and maintain DevOps pipelines for application deployment.
- Collaborate with development, QA, infrastructure, and SRE teams to improve application performance and reliability.
- Monitor production performance and recommend optimization strategies.
- Prepare detailed performance reports and provide tuning recommendations.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with microservices architecture.
- Kubernetes performance tuning.
- API performance testing.
- Basic database performance tuning (SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL).
- Experience with SRE practices and production monitoring.
