Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Student Counselor based in Virudhunagar, with some flexibility for work from home.



The Student Counselor will guide prospective students on overseas education options, helping them select suitable courses, institutes, and destinations based on academic background, interests, and career goals. Daily responsibilities include conducting counseling sessions, handling inquiries via phone, email, and in person, and providing clear information on application processes, admission requirements, scholarships, and visa procedures. The role involves maintaining accurate student records, following up on leads, coordinating with international institutions and internal teams, and supporting education fairs, seminars, and orientation programs. The Student Counselor will also contribute to building positive relationships with students and families, ensuring a professional and supportive experience throughout the counseling journey.
