Role Description
The Continental Chef will be responsible for planning, preparing, and presenting a variety of continental dishes in line with Chai Break’s standards and menu guidelines. Day-to-day tasks include managing the kitchen section, overseeing food preparation and plating, ensuring portion control, and maintaining consistency in taste and presentation.



The role involves coordinating with the kitchen team, monitoring inventory and food cost, implementing hygiene and safety standards, and supporting menu development with new continental recipes. The Continental Chef will also train and guide junior kitchen staff, maintain kitchen equipment, and collaborate with management to enhance guest satisfaction and operational efficiency. This is a full-time, on-site role based at the Chai Break outlet in Bhowanipore.

Qualifications
