Roles & Responsibilities:
- Administer and support Active Directory and Azure Active Directory environments.
- Manage DNS and DHCP services to ensure reliable network operations.
- Troubleshoot authentication, replication, and directory service issues.
- Configure and support Active Sync for directory-integrated environments.
- Monitor and maintain Active Directory health, performance, and security.
- Support Azure AD integrations and identity management services.
- Resolve production issues and provide operational support.




- Collaborate with infrastructure teams to ensure secure and reliable identity services.

Experience Required:
- 7-9 years of experience in Active Directory administration and support.
- Strong hands-on experience with Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP.
- Experience troubleshooting authentication, replication, and directory service issues.
- Knowledge of Active Sync and Identity & Access Management (IAM).
- Robust analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Education: Any Graduation
