Location: This is a hybrid opportunity in Delhi NCR, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Gurugram area.

About the role

As the Sr Manager, Application Development, your mission is to lead and empower a high-performing engineering team dedicated to delivering modern, scalable solutions on Google Cloud. You will guide a group of talented fullstack engineers, ensuring they have the support and direction needed to build exceptional solutions for customers across diverse industries. Youll be overseeing the delivery of engagements, working closely with delivery teams, project managers, and customers to ensure technical excellence, on-time execution, and outstanding client experiences. Along the way, you will get to:
- Oversee project teams to ensure the successful delivery of client outcomes, actively supporting issue resolution and managing escalations as needed.
- Hire, develop, and retain top engineering talent, conducting regular 1:1s to support growth opportunities, performance, and overall team wellbeing.




- Collaborate with the Presales team to review proposals and statements of work, ensuring commitments are realistic, achievable, and aligned with engineering capabilities.
- Engage with customer executives when required to align expectations, clarify objectives, and maintain strong relationships.

Required Credentials
- 15+ years of industry experience, including 5+ years in engineering management leading and developing technical teams, and 4+ years of hands-on software development experience
- Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
