We are looking for a skilled Scrum Master to join our team at Minfy, playing a crucial role in facilitating agile methodologies and driving project success. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile principles and practices, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Roles and Responsibility
- Facilitate daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning sessions, and retrospectives to ensure team alignment and continuous improvement.
- Remove impediments or guide teams to do so by working closely with product owners, development teams, and other stakeholders.
- Coach teams on Agile principles, processes, and best practices to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes.
- Ensure the team is following Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFE.
- Maintain accurate records of project progress, including burn-down charts, burn-up charts, and other relevant metrics.
Job Requirements
