Role Description
The Influencer Marketing Executive will manage end-to-end influencer campaigns, including identifying and onboarding relevant creators, negotiating collaborations, and overseeing content delivery across social media platforms. Day-to-day responsibilities include researching potential influencers, maintaining relationships, coordinating briefs and timelines, and tracking campaign performance and engagement metrics.



The role involves close collaboration with internal creative and account teams to align influencer content with brand objectives, messaging, and campaign calendars. This is a full-time, in office role based in South Delhi, requiring regular in-person coordination with colleagues and partners.

Qualifications
- Experience in influencer marketing, including sourcing, evaluating, and managing influencers and content creators.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools to monitor and optimize campaign performance.
- Skills in communication, negotiation, and relationship management to work effectively with influencers and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to develop basic campaign strategies, prepare briefs, and coordinate timelines and deliverables.
- Comfort with data, including tracking KPIs, preparing concise reports, and deriving insights for future campaigns.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, media, or a related field,
