Job Title: Inventory & Scheduling Manager

Brisk Olive Business Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Inventory & Scheduling Manager to drive inventory planning, production scheduling, and material availability for seamless manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain approved MSL and ensure a minimum 15-day inventory for production materials, consumables, and COTS items.
- Plan and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules.
- Coordinate with Engineering Procurement to ensure timely material availability and prevent production delays.
- Issue weekly material kits to the shop floor as per BOM and production schedules.
- Monitor inventory accuracy, throughput, WIP, bottlenecks, and schedule adherence.
- Maintain inventory records, MIS reports, stock ledgers, GRNs, shortage trackers,



and production reports.
- Drive continuous improvements in inventory control, production efficiency, and material planning.

Requirements:
- Graduate/B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in inventory management, production planning, or manufacturing operations.
- Strong knowledge of MSL, MRP, BOM, ERP systems, inventory control, and production scheduling.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP software.
- Excellent analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
