We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Diploma Trainees to join our manufacturing team in Devanahalli, Bangalore. This entry-level role is designed for freshers or early-career professionals who want to build a solid foundation in manufacturing operations, production quality, and engineering processes. You will work closely with experienced technicians and engineers to ensure effective, protected, and high-quality production outputs.
Key Responsibilities
· Production Operations: Assist in operating manufacturing machinery and equipment according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
· Process Monitoring: Monitor production lines to ensure smooth operation, identifying and reporting any equipment malfunctions or bottlenecks.
· Quality Job Assurance: Perform basic quality checks and inspections on raw materials and finished products to maintain industry standards.
· Maintenance Assistance:
Support the engineering team with routine preventative maintenance and basic troubleshooting of factory machinery.
· Safety & Compliance: Adhere strictly to factory safety protocols, environmental guidelines, and cleanliness standards (5S practices).
· Documentation: Maintain accurate daily logs of production outputs, material usage, and equipment runtime.
Job Requirements & Qualifications
· Education: Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Automobile, Electronics, or related engineering streams.(Except civil and Computer Science)
· Experience: Freshers are highly encouraged to apply. Early professionals with 1–2 years of manufacturing experience will also be considered.
· Skills: Basic understanding of technical drawings, machinery operations, and measuring instruments (e.g., vernier calipers, micrometers).
