Role Description
The Omni Sports Advisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India. In this role, the advisor supports customers across multiple sports categories, offering expert guidance on products, usage,



and sport-specific needs in-store and through digital touchpoints. Daily tasks include welcoming and engaging customers, understanding their goals, recommending suitable equipment and apparel, and ensuring shelves and displays are well-stocked and organized. The advisor contributes to in-store merchandising, participates in local sport events or community activities, and helps maintain high standards of customer satisfaction. The role also involves using digital tools to assist with inventory checks, online orders, and omnichannel services, while collaborating with teammates to achieve sales and service targets.
