Job Description

Salesforce Developer Technical Lead – Job Description The Salesforce Developer Technical Lead is responsible for leading the build and configuration of agentic solutions using Salesforce Agentforce, supported by Salesforce platform capabilities. The role provides hands-on technical leadership within the Agentforce delivery squad, ensuring that solution design, build quality, data usage, integrations and deployment activities are delivered to agreed standards. This role works closely with the AI Agent Product Owner, Salesforce architects, administrators, and wider CRM programme teams to refine requirements, shape technical delivery and guide developers through implementation.



The Technical Lead will provide direction on build approach, configuration standards, integration patterns and release readiness. The role will also support testing and assurance of functional performance, data behaviour and integrations. This includes helping the team validate that Agentforce solutions operate as expected, use the right data sources and perform reliably across Salesforce environments. Key responsibilities • Lead the technical delivery of agentic solutions using Salesforce Agentforce. • Build and configure Agentforce, Salesforce and Data Cloud changes. • Provide technical guidance to mid-level and junior Salesforce developers. • Contribute to refinement of requirements, user stories and technical solution options. • Work with architects and product owners to translate business intent into technical delivery. • Support configuration and development across Salesforce Service Cloud, Agentforce and Data
