Role Description

The Physics Research Collaborator (Part-time) will work on an hourly contract basis to support high-level research questions related to physics and medical physics, including radiation and treatment planning topics. This remote role involves reviewing scientific literature, designing and evaluating research approaches, performing analytical or computational modeling, and summarizing findings in clear, evidence-based reports. The collaborator will provide expert input on research and development (R&D;)



challenges, advise on experimental or clinical physics considerations, and participate in virtual discussions with internal teams or clients as needed. Responsibilities include preparing concise technical documentation, offering critical feedback on proposed methodologies, and maintaining rigorous standards of scientific accuracy and integrity throughout each engagement.

Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Physics and Medical Physics, with demonstrated ability to apply these disciplines to real-world problems.
- Experience with Radiation-related topics, including modeling, analysis, or safety considerations.
- Knowledge of Treatment Planning concepts and workflows in a research or clinical context.
- Background in Research and Development (R&D;), including designing studies, interpreting data, and communicating results.
