Pokus is a beauty commerce startup that's making beauty shopping more personal and convenient through at-home product demos, expert consultations, and 60-minute delivery. We help customers discover, try, and buy the right beauty products from the comfort of their homes.
About the Role
We're looking for passionate Beauty Advisors to conduct at-home beauty consultations, demonstrate makeup and skincare products, and help customers discover products that best suit their needs.
Responsibilities
- Visit customers for scheduled appointments.
- Conduct makeup and skincare product demonstrations.
- Recommend products based on customers' skin tone and preferences.
- Guide customers through their purchase journey.
- Update appointments using the Pokus app.
Qualifications
- Passion for beauty, makeup, and skincare.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Comfortable traveling across Bangalore.
- Experience in beauty retail, salons, or cosmetics is a plus but not required.
- Own two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
