Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Collections AR role based in Bengaluru South, offering compensation up to 6 LPA. The role involves managing accounts receivable, following up on outstanding balances,



and performing debt and cash collection activities in a structured and qualified manner. Responsibilities include contacting customers via phone or email, negotiating payment plans where needed, and ensuring timely collection of dues while maintaining accurate records and documentation. The role also requires handling customer queries related to invoices and payments, coordinating with internal finance and operations teams, and adhering to company policies and compliance standards. The position is target-driven and requires consistent monitoring of collection metrics and reporting of daily and weekly performance.
