Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to identify their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Identify new business opportunities through cross-selling of insurance products to bank customers.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by selling life insurance policies, general insurance products, health insurance plans, etc.
- Provide exceptional customer service by resolving client queries and concerns in a timely manner.
Job Requirements :
- 1 to 3 years of experience in any field sales related field.
- Robust understanding of various types of insurance products (life insurance, general insurance, health insurance) and their features.
- Excellent communication skills for effective relationship-building with clients.
- Ability to work under pressure to meet sales targets while maintaining high levels of accuracy.
