Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and confident Telecaller to connect with potential clients, introduce our software solutions, and generate business opportunities. The ideal candidate should possess solid communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to build rapport over the phone.
Candidates residing in or near Kannur will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Introduce the company's software solutions and understand customer requirements.
- Schedule product demonstrations or meetings with interested prospects.
- Follow up with potential clients and maintain regular communication.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer support, or a similar role.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Experience in the IT or software industry will be an added advantage.
