- Shut down job planning
- Break down job planning
- Capital repair
- Inventory control, reduction in maintenance cost
- Inventory management and spare control and Spare procurement
- Vendor Management
- Breakdown Analysis & taking necessary corrective actions
- Manage maintenance expenses within the budget allocated
- Minimize shutdown due to mechanical maintenance delay
- Manpower management
- Material handling
