Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for networking professionals on routing, switching, TCP/IP protocols, and network security.
- Develop engaging course materials, including presentations, handouts, and lab exercises to ensure effective knowledge transfer.
- Provide one-on-one coaching to students during hands-on labs and troubleshooting sessions to address any questions or concerns they may have.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to update course content and ensure it remains relevant to industry trends and best practices.

Job Requirements :
- 7-12 years of experience in IT services & consulting with expertise in networking technologies (routing, switching).
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP protocols and their applications in enterprise networks.
- Excellent communication skills for designing engaging training programs and providing transparent instruction to diverse audiences.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team to achieve project goals.
