Performance Marketing Executive (2+ Years Experience)

We're looking for a data driven and execution focused Performance Marketer who has a drive for experimenting, learning and scaling campaigns. If you're someone who thrives in a fast paced agency environment, enjoys solving problems, and believes every campaign can be optimised further, we'd like hear from you.

What You'll Do
- Plan, launch and optimize paid campaigns across
Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, X Ads, Pinterest Ads and other relevant advertising platforms
.
- Run and optimize paid campaigns across different social media platforms based on client objectives and target audiences.
- Monitor campaign performance and improve key metrics like CPL, CPA, CTR, ROAS and Conversion Rate.
- Conduct keyword, audience and competitor research.
- Collaborate with the creative, content and strategy teams to improve ad performance.
- Build reports, derive actionable insights and present recommendations.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in AI powered marketing, search behaviour and platform updates.

What We're Looking For




- 2+ years of hands on experience
in Performance Marketing.
- Strong working knowledge of
Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM)
and social media advertising platforms.
- Experience running campaigns across multiple digital channels including search, display, video and paid social.
- Understanding of conversion tracking, attribution and campaign optimization.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

Bonus Points If You Are
- An
AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) enthusiast
who actively follows the evolution of AI Search, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and contemporary search ecosystems.
- Comfortable using AI tools to improve research, campaign ideation and productivity.
