B.E/ B.Tech - Instrumentation & Control or Electronics with specialization in Instrumentation

Technical / Subject Knowledge
The candidate should have experience on some of the following listed areas:
- Field Instrumentation, selection and sizing of flow meters and control valves
- Control and Switch Valves
- Online Gas and Liquid Analyzers, Gas Chromatographs, handling Analyser Data Management Systems and interface with control system, analyzer shelter & Safeguarding concept and sample handling systems
- Control Systems, Shutdown Systems and Fire and Gas Monitoring systems
- Knowledge of developing Detailed Functional Block Diagram, Logic Diagram
- I&C; of package units with their own control and safety system and interface with main plant ICSS
- I&C; Construction Engineering
- Active participation during Factory Acceptance Test, Site Supervision, Loop Check,
Commissioning Assistance
- In-Depth knowledge of International Codes & Standards
- Valuable knowledge of SI (InTools/Smart Plant Instrumentation) or COMOS, Functional Safety Life Cycle management acc. to IEC61508/61511, Alarm Management System acc. to IEC 62682/ISA 18.2
- Carrying out SIL verification and in depth understanding of various Safety Life Cycle Phases of SIS acc. to IEC 61511
- Good knowledge on relevant suppliers in the Indian and international market
Software Tools & Technology
- MS Office, SI / COMOS, instrument sizing software
