Role Description
The Warehouse Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Guwahati, responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations and ensuring smooth, safe, and efficient workflows.



This role includes managing stock and inventory levels, supervising receiving, storage, and dispatch activities, and maintaining accurate documentation and system records. The Warehouse Manager leads and trains warehouse staff, coordinates material handling equipment usage, and upholds safety, quality, and compliance standards. The role also involves monitoring performance metrics, optimizing space utilization, coordinating with logistics and customer service teams, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess robust Stock Control and Inventory Control skills to ensure accurate, timely management of goods and records.
