As we scale our brand, we're looking for a highly creative and strategic Social Media & Content Strategy Manager who understands how to build engaging content that drives organic growth, community engagement, and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute Wholeleaf's social media strategy across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
- Develop content strategies that increase organic reach, engagement, and follower growth.
- Write compelling scripts for UGC creators, founders, doctors, patient stories, educational videos, and short-form content.
- Plan and manage monthly content calendars aligned with product launches, campaigns, and seasonal opportunities.
- Conceptualize high-performing Reels, Shorts, and viral content formats.
- Work closely with creators,



doctors, influencers, and the in-house creative team to produce engaging content.
- Analyze platform performance and continuously optimize content based on insights and trends.
- Stay updated with social media trends, storytelling formats, and platform algorithms.
- Collaborate with performance marketing, design, and business teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Build a strong community by driving meaningful engagement across social platforms.

What We're Looking For
- 5–8+ years of experience in social media, content strategy, or digital marketing for consumer brands.
- Proven experience growing organic social media channels.
- Exceptional scriptwriting and storytelling skills for short-form video content.
- Solid understanding of UGC content, creator marketing, and influencer collaborations.
