An established Architectural Firm in Arumbakkam, Chennai is urgently seeking well-experienced Junior, Middle, and Senior Level Quantity Surveyors (QS). The ideal candidates should be capable of independently managing both private and government project requirements, including:

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare Detailed Project Reports (DPR), tenders, and all relevant documentation for government and private projects.
- Carry out cost estimation, BOQ preparation, detailed estimates, rate analysis, and Bar Bending Schedules (BBS).
- Develop and present cost proposals, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all project estimates.
- Coordinate and liaise with clients to understand and determine project needs and requirements.
- Ensure all project estimates comply with budget constraints and prescribed timelines.




- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders for seamless project execution.
- Maintain proper documentation and follow up on all project-related submissions.

Requirements
- Strong experience in QS for architectural, civil, or infrastructure projects.
- Ability to handle project estimation requirements independently.
- Excellent knowledge of government tendering procedures and documentation (preferred).
- Valuable communication and client-handling skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
