Role Description
The Inside Sales and Operations Executive is a full time, on-site role based in the Mohali district. This role is responsible for managing inbound and outbound sales inquiries, qualifying leads, preparing quotations,



and supporting the conversion of prospects into long-term customers. Day-to-day activities include coordinating with operations and logistics teams on shipment execution, monitoring booking status, ensuring documentation accuracy, and maintaining updated records in internal systems. The role involves providing proactive customer service, tracking shipments, resolving issues, and communicating timelines and costs clearly to clients. The executive will collaborate with external partners and internal stakeholders to support smooth operations, contribute to revenue growth, and uphold service standards.

Qualifications
